You can add Room Skin, Backdrop and Welcome Video for all your sessions independently. You can select either the hand picked images or can upload of your own.
To do so, kindly refer to the steps below:
Go to Settings from bottom right menu of your FLOOR
Select the Session from the drop down
Go to Personalize
Select/ Upload Room Skin image (Max size: 2 MB)
Select/ Upload Backdrop (Max Size: 2 MB)
Upload Welcome Video (Max Size: 20 MB)
You can also add Background Image from here itself (Recommended Resolution: 1280x720 pixels). Audience will see this image while waiting for session to go live after joining.
The logo image (160*160 pixel) here on this page, is applicable only for VIP/ Networking Lounge
Click on Save
Note: Welcome video will only be visible to delegates for the first time (Not on re-login)
Uploading Company Logo on Screen
To upload your company logo on the session stage, kindly Go to FLOOR Host Dashboard > Settings > Branding > Upload Screen Logo (Recommended Size 2 MB, height 30 px)
