How to Use Existing Credits for Visitor/ Exhibitor In-Mails,

Step 1: Select the event on oDash for which you want to send credits

Step 2: Click on Marketing Campaign on the left side under Marketing & Campaign.

Step 3: Here you have filters available to target your audience by choosing keywords, industry and preferred location, etc.

After choosing from available filters click on the "Apply" button.

Now scroll down, and see the market size. Refer to the GIF below.

Step 4: Click on the Email Campaign as shown below in the image.

Now after clicking on "Email Campaign" you will land on this page as shown below:

Note: 1 credit is used for 1 visitor invite and 10 credits are used for 1 exhibitor invite.

Step 5: Choose no. of credits that you want to use. Now you can choose to send your email right now by clicking on "Send Now" or you can schedule it later

"Schedule it later".

Check your details before shooting the campaign.

Step 6: Click on "Looks Good send" or you have the option "Cancel".

After sending the emailer campaign, you will receive this pop-up.

How do check the Campaign Report?

Step 1: You can check your report after sending the emailer campaign by clicking on "Credits"

Step 2: Scroll down and click on "Report" highlighted in the below image.

Now you will see your report as shown in the below image:
