You can disable your stall/ booth booking request on the event page via Dashboard for all your events.

Kindly follow the steps given-below:

Step 1: Login to your Dashboard Account and a page with all your events will be displayed.

Click on the desired event name.

Step 2: Go to Registration & Ticket > Registration settings from the menu on the left panel. (Refer to screenshot below). 

Step 3: It will show the screen below. Select "Form Settings" highlighted below, in the screenshot.

Refer to the below GIF and choose the option Closed (only follow) for Attendee and "Closed" for Stall/Booth Leads.

And, when you disable the option, the "Request a booth" option will get disabled and the "Interested" button will disappear, Now people can only "Follow" your event.
