Follow the steps below to remove the duplicate events from oDASH:
- Login to oDASH using your registered business email id
- Select the event which has to be removed/ merged
- Scroll down the page, refer to Event Settings and click on "Review & Delete"
- Select the reason "Duplicate event, Merge it" (Or if the other two reasons imply)
- Select the event in which it has to be merged
Note: The request will be submitted to our QC team and it might take up to 48 business hours to review and approve the request.
