A) Steps to Remove the Duplicate Event:

  1. Login to Dashboard using your registered business email id
  2. Select the event which has to be removed/ merged
  3. Go to Content and scroll down the page.
  4. Refer to Event Settings and click on "Review & Delete"
  5. Select the reason "Duplicate event, Merge it" (Or if the other two reasons imply)
  6. Select the event in which it has to be merged
  7. Submit

Note: The request will be submitted to our QC team and it might take up to 48 business hours to review and approve the request.

B) Steps to Remove Draft Event:

  1. Login to Dashboard using your registered business email id
  2. Select the Draft event which has to be removed/ merged
  3. Go to Content and scroll down the page.
  4. Refer to Event Settings and click on "Review & Delete"
  5. Select the first reason "It is incorrectly/ wrongly added"
  6. Type "REMOVE" in the box
  7. Submit
  8. The event would be removed immediately from the dashboard.
