If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login to your Dashboard, then reset your password by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Dashboard Login Page

Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password" link, highlighted below

Step 3: Below window will pop up. Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password" in blue link below

Step 4: You will receive an instant notification about an email with the reset password link been sent to the same email address.

You may check your inbox, spam/ junk folder for this email. if not received, Click on "Resend Email"

Note:

Generally, the email would show in your PROMOTIONS section in your Gmail Inbox

Step 5: The email will be received in the below format. Click on the blue link to reset your password

Step 6: The link will redirect you to the dashboard for password reset.

Type in your new password, Confirm again and Click on "Save"

You will get an instant notification that password has been reset. And, you will be landed on the home page.
