What are the minimum operating requirements to access FLOOR

To get started, we would recommend you check the compatibility of your system with FLOOR. This will help you diagnose if there is any issue. You can get that fixed timely to have a seamless experience.

Our team is constantly working to enhance the compatibility with browsers & OS but, currently, we support the below mentioned:

Operating Systems Versions

  1. Mac OS - Version 10.13 or above

  2. iPhone & iPad OS - Version 13 or above

  3. Windows OS - Version 10 or above

  4. Android OS - Android 9 or above

Browsers Versions

1. MacBook

Google Chrome - Version 83 or above

Safari - Version 13 or above

2. iPad & iPhone

Safari - Version 13 or above

3. Windows

Google Chrome - Version 83 or above

Firefox - Version 79 or above

4. Android

Google Chrome - Version 81 or above

Please Note:

  • Use Laptop/PC and chrome browser for better user experience. iPAD / mobile phone not recommended.

  • FLOOR works on low bandwidth so if your system is working fine with routine activities, then FLOOR will should also work fine.

  • The Platform works best on Google Chrome browser.

  • Ensure good internet speed (Min. 1.4 MBPS)

  • Allow permission to camera/mic while logging in.

  • Always use your registered email id/ invite link to login.

  • If your system has a Firewall installed, kindly use your high speed hotspot.

  • If you are using a Mac, install chrome browser and then log in.

  • You may refresh the event page if required. Also, you may log out and log in again to have a seamless experience.
