Go Live without being Live! Just pre-record your video and play it or pre-schedule it on your event FLOOR. This feature will surely level up your online event and drive more engagement saving your own time, as you can be in two places at once.

Uninterrupted ready-to-air content amidst the parallel sessions
Back-up for your live event: In case of technical glitches, you can share this video with your audience later.
Edit multiple times before playing
To enable this feature on FLOOR, kindly refer to the steps and the respective GIF image below:
Go to Room Settings from the bottom right menu
Select the Session > Settings
Go to Room Mode streaming field and Select the option "Schedule Recorded Stream" from the drop down menu
Select the required action whether you want to play it immediately ( "Click to Go Live Now" option), auto-schedule or repeat the video playback.
In case, you select "Click to Go Live" then to stop the video also, the option will show here itself "Click to Stop".
Note: Once you have done the above settings, you need to go back to the stage on FLOOR and click on GO LIVE green button on top right. Only then the video will start playing on stage.
