We do not want our users to keep waiting in the queue/ wait area to have meeting with the exhibitors. Also, exhibitors should not have all the users coming in at one time and an empty chamber at the other time.
To cater to this issue, we have launched the feature of pre-scheduling the meeting.
Users can go the required booth and just book their slots. They can save this meeting schedule in their preferred calendar as well.
To do so, kindly follow the steps below:
Go to Booths (or the similar name option) from left panel menu
Select the desired booth/ exhibitor. In case, they are too many in numbers, then you can filter them from bottom right option:
You will find an icon to schedule the meeting as below, click on that:
Select the Date and Time (available slots) and click on Schedule
The meeting will be scheduled immediately and you will receive an immediate notification.
You may add the meeting to your preferred calendar also.
Users can view their invites/ meetings in their Notifications, under Meetings and can also directly join the meeting from the Join tab, highlighted below:
