How to access analytics of the event hosted on FLOOR

Retrieve real-time data of various session activities of the users in your event. How to download Master Report of your Floor event

You can anytime access the real-time analytics of your event on FLOOR. This analytics will provide you with complete details about who, when, and for how much time various users logged in to your event.

To check this data, kindly follow the steps below:

Click on Info from Dashboard on FLOOR

You will be redirected to your Partner Dashboard
Go to Analytics > FLOOR Analytics from the left panel menu

You can Sort the data by Date, Country, Room, or different Action/ Activities

Further, you can click on Analytics, Handout, and Poll options available to check analytics.

You can further fetch data by clicking on the resulting categories for instance if you sort the data by "Joined" from Actions. Then it would give you data for all sections on the FLOOR. You may further select the data for any particular Session, Booth or lounge, etc.
You can also download the Master Report from the top right depending on your plan:

Note: Master report with Contact details can be downloaded only in the enterprise plan.
