How does the subscription work? Can I switch or cancel?

Floor is a subscription-based service, so your plan renews every month or year (depending on whether you choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time during your plan term to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. We do provide basic (free) plan. You can host unlimited events with upto 50 people without any charge. However, there are limitations on the features. Here is the link to see the detail feature list with free account

What if I have a large number of attendees? How will I be charged?

The price per attendee can be negotiated depending on volume of attendees, if you have more than 2000 attendees.

TICKETING

Do you provide ticketing service for the paid clients?

Yes, we may link your Stripe account or help you create one through which the payment will go directly to your bank account.

How do we provide access code to users who have paid through your payment gateway?

When any user buys ticket via 10times, he gets an instant confirmation email which has the unique invite access code through which he/ she can join in.

How do you provide access code to the users who have purchased tickets through our own payment gateway?

If the attendees have already paid through your payment gateway, then you need to share a list of those users with us. It shall be imported into our system and access codes will be sent to them via email.

There is no additional charge/ commission to this unless you need to use our ticketing platform.
