10times being the open networking platform allows the organizers to communicate with the potential audience for their respective events, exchange or send mass messages to them, send reminder messages and then, of course, collect the feedback.

To schedule reminders and manage all communications with the leads from this section, kindly refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Select the event from Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the "Communication" on the left panel as shown in the image:

Step 3: You will come across this page as shown below:

First, we have 3 segments available here.

  • Event Communication

  • Event Promotion

  • Event feedbacks

In these segments, you can see the bifurcated statistics mentioned with numbers.

Custom Messages for Leads

Step 1: Scroll down a bit, you will find here custom messages for your potential exhibitor and visitor lead.

You need to turn on the toggle as highlighted in the above image:

A message box will pop up instantly where you can draft your message and click on the "Submit" button as shown in the image below:

Mass Messages and Invites

In order to promote your event to improve audience size and experience, we have mass messages and send invite features.

Event Reminders

Automated reminders will be sent to all the leads before 30, 7, and 2 days prior to the event. you can also schedule a reminder and mass message your all leads.

During the event also you can send unlimited Mass messages refer to the below screenshot:

Post-event Feedback Reminders

Automated reminders for collecting feedback will be sent to all the attendees after 01, 04, and 07 days after the event. you can also schedule a feedback reminder and mass message your all attendees.
