10times is a professional networking platform where you can exchange messages with other event-goers, can plan your meetings before the event starts, and can also exchange your numbers via email.
You can find other event-goers or people who have shown interest in similar events under followers as you can see in the below screenshot.
Here you can send a connection request by clicking on connect button. If the other person will accept your connection request then you can chat with them.
As highlighted in the above image you can join the community and invite your other networks as well by clicking on the "invite" button.
