How to customize networking lounge tables

How to add company logo and title on networking tables. How to change Table names. Feature your sponsors and your company brands

This is the most awaited and demanding feature on the FLOOR, from the organizer. Add More Power to your Lounge Tables!!?

You may now customize the tables in the lounge area on the FLOOR by adding company's Logo images and by giving them Titles. This feature is definitely a valuable addition to your sponsors.

Only admins can control this feature. To name the networking table and upload logo images, kindly refer to the steps below:

Go to the Lounge from the left section of the stage
On each table, you will find the "settings" icon on the top left, Click on that icon
Branding: Upload the required Logo Image by clicking on the "camera" icon(max 1 MB)
Title: Add Title to name the Table
If the same Logo & Title to be added on all tables, please click on "Apply setting on all tables"
Click on "Update"

The table will be customized in real-time. Please find the GIF image below, for a better understanding:

How to Bulk Upload a Logo

Step 1: Go to the FLOOR dashboard.

Step 2: Under branding, you will find the "Lounge Logo & Photo Booth" option as shown in the below image:

Step 3: You will see the option of "Enable Bulk Upload" as highlighted in the image:

Step 4: You can upload your logo for lounge tables as shown in the below image:

Note - Max size 1MB.
