How to record the session, download the recording and playback
This feature is to ensure that you can keep a track of your event, advertise your event in your social media links, or can go back and analyze for further improvisation.
Host/ Admin can record a part or complete live sessions of their events. As soon as the session starts, by default, the recording also starts. However, you may control that by stopping or restarting the same, anytime. Also, you can play them backstage and download them anytime.
To do so, kindly refer to the REC tab on the bottom left of your screen:
Downloading Recording
Now, you may download recordings of the stage anytime, pre/ post event via Organizer Dashboard.
Also, you may download them selectively, session-wise, or in bulk.
Select the event from your Organizer Dashboard
Go to option FLOOR > Recordings from the left menu
In case you want to download any test runs/ pre-event session activity, you may just click on the Download tab on the right of your respective Session
Also, you may download recordings by selecting any particular/ multiple/ all sessions in bulk
Note: Recording is our premium feature and will work as per the various plans.
Recordings will be available in the dashboard for a limited period of time, thus we recommend downloading the recordings immediately after the Event is over.
The Private Event recordings will be available for 1 month in the dashboard however, the public Event recordings will be available for 6 months in the dashboard.
Recording Playback
If the session has multiple recordings captured, you may choose which recording can be played if any user accesses the session after it is over.
For this, Go to Settings (right bottom menu)> Session Settings > Select the Session >
Enable On-Demand Recording Playback Option
Note:
The session has to be marked over for enabling Playback.
If a user goes to any session via Stage, which is over and for which the On-Demand Recording Playback is enabled, he/she will see like below and can play & watch the recording. Admins/ Hosts won't be able to watch them from their links.
For other sessions, the screen will look like the below:
