How a user can do private meeting with other users in the lobby on Floor

This feature is a value addition for the audience where they can, connect one-to-one privately, share their screens for any presentation or showcase their products. More the networking and user engagement, more is the user satisfaction, thus, making any event a big success!

To call any user for private meeting, kindly refer to the steps below:

1. Go to Lobby from the left menu, then Click on Users

2. Now, you need to ensure that the user with whom you want to connect is available and active. A green dot on the user profile shows that the user is active else it implies, they are not available.

3. Click on the phone icon to call any active user. They would receive an invitation and if they accept the invite, you would connect on one-to-one virtual screen like below:
