How to rehost event, happening in the same city or a different city

Event happening again in the same City:

At 10times, if the event with the same name, is happening in the same city again (within 50 miles distance) , then it is considered as a new edition of the same event. And, you cannot add it as a separate event.
You will have to edit the dates and venue of the past event and submit. The system would ask if it is a new edition of the same event. Click on "OK" and proceed.

Though our system, currently, does not support adding same events (same name and city) simultaneously.

However, we allow you to add future dates for these events so that once the current edition gets over, the system will auto host the next edition of the event with future dates.

Suppose, the following event (BIMC 2018 edition) is going to happen again on 31st July - 2nd Aug 2020 in Toronto, Canada. Then we would just edit the dates and update the venue and other basic information and of the same event and Submit:

Once you update the date and venue of the event, it will ask you if it is a new edition of the same event. You have to click on OK and proceed.

After you submit the event, the following screen will display. You will have to select it as a new edition of the same event and click on "OK".

Subsequently, your event page with updated information will reflect on 10times immediately:

Event happening again in a different city:

If the event with the same name is happening again but, in a different city, then at 10times, we consider it as a separate event.
You will have to add it as a new event. Kindly click here to proceed.

However, you can add the edition of the event through your organizer account (Go to Dashboard > Select Event > Content > Edition)
