How to change your email ID for a user account

10times provides you with a seamless and user-friendly profile editing feature. This functionality empowers you to effortlessly modify and update various aspects of your profile. With this tool, you can easily refine and customize the information, ensuring that your profile accurately reflects your current professional or personal details.

To edit your profile, please follow the procedure below:

To edit your email ID, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit https://10times.com

Step 2: Log in to your 10times account

Step 3: Click on your profile and select “Edit Profile”

Step 4: Click on “Manage Account” (refer to the image below)

Step 5: A pop-up will appear where you can enter your new email address. Add the new email and click on “Send OTP”

Once you enter the new email address, an OTP will be sent to the inbox of the new email ID.

Step 6: Enter the OTP received (refer to the image below)

Step 7: Enter your OTP (refer to the below image)

Now your email address will be updated successfully.

NOTE: Please ensure that a unique email address and a unique phone number are provided.
