How to change your email ID for a user account

10times provides you with a seamless and user-friendly profile editing feature. This functionality empowers you to effortlessly modify and update various aspects of your profile. With this tool, you can easily refine and customize the information, ensuring that your profile accurately reflects your current professional or personal details.

To edit your profile, please follow the below procedure:

Step 1: Go to https://10times.com

Step 2: ‘Login’ to your 10times account and select "Me" from the top right side of the screen, just beside the Add Event. Highlighted in the image below.

Step 3: Click on your profile and select 'Edit Profile'

Step 4: Click on the 'Update your email". Refer to the below image.

Step 5: You will get this pop-up on your screen, choose "Yes" to change your email address.

Step 6: You can add here your new email address.

After entering your new email address here, an OTP will be sent to your inbox of the new email address.

Step 7: Enter your OTP (refer to the below image)

Now your email address will be updated successfully.
