How to close my 10times user account

To close your 10times account, please follow the steps below:

Note: This process is applicable only for users. Event organizers looking to close their accounts may follow a different procedure.

Step 1: Visit https://10times.com

Step 2: Click on the “Login” button

Step 3: Log in using your registered email ID and password

Step 4: Click on the Profile icon, then select “Edit Profile”

Step 5: From the left menu, select “Manage Account”

Scroll down to the Manage Account section, where you will find two options:

• Deactivate Account

• Delete Account

You can click on the “>” icon next to each option to understand what they mean.

Deactivate Account

This option temporarily disables your account. You can reactivate it anytime by simply logging back in.

Delete Account

This option permanently removes your account from 10times.

Step 6: Choose your preferred option and click on the respective link to proceed

Important Notes:

• If you choose to delete your account, it will be closed immediately. However, it may take up to 7 days to completely remove all your data, in compliance with GDPR policies (effective May 25, 2018). You can read more here: https://10times.com/privacy-policy

• If you choose to deactivate your account (recommended), you can easily reactivate it anytime by logging in. The reactivation option will be available in the same section.
