Badges - How to Search a User/Badge ID in the Lead Section

Track a user from the assigned badge under leads section.


We provide this option to the organizers, of assigning badges to all user interests/ leads who have shown interest in their events. Badges allow organizers to get to access and evaluate who has come to their event via 10times.  Therefore, it is always recommended to enable badges for the expos/ exhibitions especially.

 

There are multiple ways to select and assign the badges to unique email ids, transferable or non-transferable; auto or custom.

Now, if you want to search for the details of any particular badge, then you may follow the simple steps below: 

 

Step 1: Select the event from the Dashboard.

 

Step 2:  Click on " All Leads " under Leads, on the left panel.   

 

 

Step 3: Here you have a search bar available as highlighted in the image:

 

 

 

 Step 4: Choose from the edition filter as well as shown in the image below: 

 

 

 

Step 5: Just click on Search by, you will see the filters available here to search from: 

Here you can search by name, email, company, Badge ID, etc.

Note: You can also navigate the users according to the BadgeID in the assigned badges section under Registration Settings in the left-hand side panel.

 

 

Here you can find users along with their Badge IDs.
